The Clay Platte Baptist Association has a Leadership Council that consists of CPBA officers and CPBA team leaders. The Leadership Council meets every other month on the third Thursday.

The Disaster Relief Service Ministry Team meets at the Clay-Platte Baptist Association on the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
