Yet while many pastors feel confident teaching what the Bible says about faith and faithfulness, they often feel unequipped to train leaders to lead effectively in all areas of life.
Leadership Edge Inc. is a 30+ year nonprofit leadership development organization with proven methods of developing effective, God-honoring leaders. Leadership Edge had helped churches raise up men and women who are equipped to lead in the church, at home, and in society.
During this interactive, free Lunch-N-Learn Workshop, you will learn the three proven tools Leadership Edge uses to help churches:
- Equip small group, ministry, and church leaders
- Multiply disciples who lead and make more disciples
