Kent Cantrell

Kent has been served in formal ministry for 7 years. He answered the call to the Pastorate when he was 50 years old. Prior to pastoring he was a firefighter/paramedic for 35 years, rising to the position of Fire Chief for the City of Excelsior Springs during the last 7 years of that career.

Kent has a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Bible and Theology from Calvary Theological Seminary, and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and has a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Kent is a husband to Jerri of 40 years and they have 2 adult children. Kent and Jerri enjoy going camping and spending time together. They are a blessing to the Association and we are thankful for them!
