The CPBA works to support and help strengthen established churches, and to revitalize struggling churches through consolation, coaching, conferencing, curating resources, and collaborating with denominational and ministry partners.
Cultivating Healthy Leaders
The CPBA believes healthy pastors lead healthy churches. We provide opportunities for mutual encouragement and care and offer quality leadership development events that can be delivered locally, for pastors, staff and lay leaders.
Reaching the Northland and Nations
The CPBA facilitates relationships and ministry opportunities for our churches to work together to advance the gospel and expand God’s kingdom in our communities, region, state, nation, and the world.

The CPBA is a network of local congregations that willingly and joyfully engage in partnerships. We foster meaningful relationships that open doors to collaborative ministry opportunities believing we can accomplish more together than we can alone.
